The event will take place on Thursday, October 9, 2025, on a dedicated Event Server, bringing together VTCs and drivers from across the globe for a professional, well-coordinated virtual trucking experience.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, all participants are required to follow these rules:
🚫 No Overtaking – Maintain your position in the convoy at all times.
🚛 Trailer Required – Every participant must haul a single trailer (no doubles, triples, or HCTs).
🧭 Follow Instructions – Obey all Event Staff directions during the event.
❌ No Advertising – Refrain from promoting unrelated content.
🚗 Vehicle Restrictions – Cars and buses are not permitted for participants.
