- Your VTC must have a minimum of 5 drivers in the company.
- There must be a minimum of 5 or more drivers attending the event.
- Your VTC must have confirmed attendance for this event on TruckersMP.
- Only VTC Management is allowed to book a slot for your VTC.
- All TruckersMP Rules & Temporary Event Rules must be observed at the event.
- At any point, if you cancel your VTC's attendance by clicking "My company won't be there" on the event page, your slot reservation will be cancelled without notification.
- We reserve the right to reject, cancel or revoke your slot reservation if any of the above requirements are not met.
