Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for the overall direction, growth, and success of the company. Oversees all departments, ensuring that operations, and community engagement align with our strategic goals
HR Team
Manages driver recruitment, applications, and onboarding for new members. Handles internal matters such as rules enforcement, warnings, and member welfare. Ensures the VTC maintains a professional and respectful community.
Event Team
Plans and organizes VTC convoys, competitions, and special events. Coordinates routes, schedules, and partnerships with other VTCs. Ensures events run smoothly and that drivers have an enjoyable experience.
Web Developer
Develops and maintains the VTC website and related online systems. Implements new features, fixes bugs, and ensures platform security and performance. Works with other teams to integrate tools such as driver tracking, events, and statistics.
Technical & Support Team
Provides technical assistance to members with VTC tools, systems, or setup issues. Maintains bots, tracking systems, and other technical services used by the VTC. Troubleshoots problems and ensures systems run reliably.
Convoy Controller(CC)
Manages traffic control during convoys to keep routes organized and safe. Guides drivers at junctions, intersections, and busy areas to prevent accidents. Communicates with event staff to maintain convoy flow and timing.
Media Team
Captures screenshots and videos during events and convoys. Creates promotional content for social media and community platforms. Helps showcase the VTC’s activities and achievements to the public.
