Rules & Regulations

Guidelines for all KA Logistics VTC members to ensure a professional and enjoyable experience.

General Rules

1. Respect & Professionalism

  • Treat all members, staff, and other VTC drivers with respect at all times.
  • No discrimination, harassment, or offensive language in any communication channels.
  • Maintain a professional attitude during all VTC events and when representing KA Logistics.
  • Resolve conflicts through proper channels and contact management for assistance when needed.

2. Branding & Representation

  • All members must use the VTC's tag 'KA Logistics' and the official paintjob/livery during convoy events.
  • When participating in official VTC events, your in-game name should include [KA] prefix.
  • The official KA Logistics livery must be applied to your truck during all convoy events.
  • Do not modify or alter the official livery without permission from management.
  • When representing KA Logistics publicly, maintain professional conduct at all times.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Members are required to participate in at least 2 convoy events per month.
  • If you cannot attend a convoy you've signed up for, notify management at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Regular activity on our Discord server is expected from all members.
  • Extended absences (2+ weeks) should be communicated to management.

4. Driving & Convoy Rules

  • Follow all TruckersMP rules during multiplayer sessions.
  • Maintain safe following distance during convoys (minimum 70-100m).
  • Stay in the designated lane unless instructed otherwise by convoy management.
  • Follow the speed limits set by convoy leaders.
  • Use hazard lights only when stopped or in emergency situations.
  • Communicate through the designated voice channels during convoys.
  • Report any incidents or issues to convoy management immediately.

5. Communication

  • Discord is our primary communication platform - regular activity is required.
  • Keep communications in the appropriate channels.
  • English is our primary language for all official communications.
  • During convoys, maintain radio discipline and follow communication protocols.
  • Report technical issues or conflicts to management privately.

6. Software & Mods

  • Only use approved mods during official VTC events.
  • Required DLCs for specific routes will be communicated before events.
  • The use of cheat mods or hacks is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
  • Report any compatibility issues with the required mods to the technical support team.

7. Disciplinary Actions

Violations of these rules may result in the following actions, depending on severity and frequency:

  2. 2. Written warning
  3. 3. Temporary suspension from convoys
  4. 4. Demotion in rank
  5. 5. Removal from the VTC

Management reserves the right to skip steps in the disciplinary process for serious violations.
