On behalf of the KA Logistics Development Team, I’m excited to share that we’re currently working on our own fully customised Discord Ticket Bot. This system is being built entirely from scratch to fit our VTC’s workflow, branding, and the growing needs of our community.
The bot already includes several core features, such as category-based ticketing and a clean, professional interface. Alongside the Discord functionality, we are also developing a modern web platform where both the KA Team and the community will be able to view and track their tickets with ease. This web interface is designed to offer a smoother, more transparent experience, allowing users to follow updates, review history, and manage their support interactions more comfortably.
As the project continues to evolve, we are focusing on improving stability, adding more intelligent automation, and introducing additional features that reflect the standards and identity of KA Logistics.
